HEAD COACH

Hi my name is Coach Terry and I would like to introduce you to Athletix. Our program is designed to transform individuals into agile, strong, explosive, and functionally fit adults, with a focus on conquering personal goals.

Our comprehensive program spans various aspects of fitness, blending strength, agility, explosiveness, and functionality to ensure a well-rounded approach to achieving peak performance.

FOUNDATIONAL
STRENGTH TRAINING

We develop a solid base through compound movements. Emphasize progressive overload to continuously challenge and strengthen muscles. We incorporate resistance training to enhance bone density and joint health.

AGILITY AND COORDINATION TRAINING

We integrate agility drills to improve coordination. We implement exercises that challenge reaction time and spatial awareness. We enhance mobility through dynamic stretching and functional movement patterns.

EXPLOSIVE POWER WORKOUTS

We include plyometric exercises and focus on quick, explosive movements to engage fast-twitch muscle fibers. We also provide periodize training to optimize power development and prevent plateauing.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS FOR EVERYDAY LIVING

We program exercises that mimic real-life movements, promoting functional strength. We integrate exercises that enhance balance, stability, and flexibility. We also include activities that mimic daily tasks to improve overall functionality.

GOAL CENTRIC
TRAINING

We tailor the program to individual goals, whether it’s conquering a physical challenge, improving a specific skill, or reaching a fitness milestone. We set realistic and measurable targets to track progress and celebrate achievements. We regularly reassess goals to ensure continuous motivation and adaptation.

WELLNESS
INTEGRATION

We prioritize recovery strategies, including adequate sleep, nutrition, and hydration. We incorporate stress management techniques such as mindfulness and relaxation exercises. We encourage a well-rounded approach to health, considering mental and emotional well-being.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUPPORT

We provide regular check-ins and progress assessments to ensure adherence and success. We consider the inclusion of a fitness coach or accountability partner to motivate and guide participants. We also foster a supportive community where individuals can share achievements and challenges.

STAFF

Our staff specializes in exercise science, athletic training & sports medicine. We also specialize in nutrition, weight loss, mobility, strength training & cardio-respiratory training. We will meet with you and develop a customized program to help fit your specific needs.
